Stewart’s Go Osaka – June 2018

Working with the Local Church Our church held a two day Spring Holiday Bible School for the first time. Our church had not held any Bible Camps during school holidays for many, many years. Kashiba Megumi Pressie Church from Nara Prefecture joined with us and six children attended. The theme was “Become disciples of Jesus.”

atan’el turned 13 in January and we thank God for his life. He is taller than I am now. In Japan, schools give many tests to students during school terms. Learning Chinese Characters is every child’s “favourite” and Natan’el is no exception.

Nathan has been studying Japanese and has been working as an IT consultant. It has become very hard and tiring (not enough time to sleep) for Nathan to do both as working takes a lot of time, especially, at night time and his class now proceeds at a much faster pace than the introductory class.
