True Worship is Honouring God in Everything
True Worship is Honouring God in Everything
We gather for church at 9.30 am on Sunday mornings at 276 Waller Road, Heritage Park. As we worship God together on Sunday mornings, we encourage one another to worship Him in all that’s to come in the week ahead.”
Central to everything, however, is the exposition of the Word of God (What God has revealed to us about Himself and how he wants us to live.) and its application to our lives in the modern-day world.
Every second month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper (see Luke 22:7-20 and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26) to remember Jesus’ death for us. After this service, we gather in the church hall and outside for a BBQ lunch.
You’ll notice we celebrate only two sacraments of Christ – baptism and the Lord’s supper or communion. As people confess Christ as Lord or children are born to believing parents they may be baptized as an act of worship to the Lord.
Every Sunday we have morning tea together after the service.
