Dear friends,

So far pastors down here in the far south-east of Tanzania have been VERY teachable, though shocked as usual.

The attached questionnaire results will give you a taste of what’s happening. (I’ve put it into English for you.) This is with “fathers” from a very Anglo-Catholic diocese, Masasi. Thank you so much for praying. They were SO open!

Prayer for Seminars

Please be praying especially for preaching Sunday (21/10) and for two seminars for interchurch pastors’ fellowships – in Mtwara and Lindi, and then working with AIM missionaries, Tim and Emily, Tanner’s team near Lindi.

Other Issues

And do thank the Lord for safe travel, and there’s plenty more to come. Please also pray for the work and residence permits. Please also pray for my brother-in-law, Trevor Hook, in N.Z., who has been having a REALLY rough time following a mammoth cancer operation.
